Wisteria is in beta — these docs are evolving fast.
Super AdminSetting up your workspace

Setting up your workspace

Your workspace’s identity lives at Settings → Company. Three fields.

Company name

Appears on:

  • The admin sidebar header
  • Welcome and password-reset emails
  • Certificate templates (if you use field-based mode)
  • The footer of the learner app

Changing it updates everywhere on next page load.

Workspace slug

A short lowercase identifier — acmecorp, cedarbrook-health. Used in URLs. Currently visible inside Wisteria; will become part of a custom subdomain when self-served custom domains ship.

Change it cautiously: any saved URLs or bookmarks pointing at the old slug will break. Wisteria doesn’t redirect.

Upload a PNG, JPG, or SVG. Recommended size 200×200, transparent background.

Appears on:

  • Certificates (top of the template)
  • Optionally on the learner app header (if you enable co-branding)
  • Welcome emails

Logo upload goes to Supabase Storage and is publicly readable — needed so emails and certificates can render the image from anywhere.

What’s NOT on this page

Departments, notifications, certificate template, AI Training, API keys, integrations — each has its own Settings tab. Settings → Company is identity only.

Co-branding (the white-label question)

Wisteria’s brand stays visible everywhere by design — the brand is the trust signal. Co-branding (your logo on the learner app and certificates) is supported. Full theme override is not on the roadmap.

If you have a stronger branding requirement than this, talk to us at hello@getwisteria.com — we’ll work out what’s possible.
